This course identifies the fear of failure and the role it plays in gatekeeping creativity and collaboration. In the form of a brain trust, we'd explore innovative collaborative opportunities beyond the prescriptive rehearsal/competition/invitational programming. Students would leave with a framework that allows their groups to push their boundaries beyond their fear of failure.
